In compliance with current legislation, a3 Logistic (hereinafter, also the Website) undertakes to adopt the necessary technical and organisational measures, in accordance with the level of security appropriate to the risk of the data collected.
Laws covered by this privacy policy
This privacy policy is adapted to current Spanish and European regulations on the protection of personal data on the internet. Specifically, it complies with the following rules:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).
- Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPD-GDD).

Registration of Personal Data
In compliance with the GDPR and LOPD-GDD, we inform you that the personal data collected by a3 Logistic through the forms on its pages will be incorporated into and processed in our file for the purpose of facilitating, expediting and fulfilling the commitments established between a3 Logistic and the User, or maintaining the relationship established through the forms the User completes, or to handle a request or enquiry from the User.
Principles applicable to the processing of personal data
The processing of the User's personal data shall be subject to the following principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR and Articles 4 et seq. of Organic Law 3/2018:
- Principle of lawfulness, fairness and transparency: the User's consent will be required at all times, following completely transparent information about the purposes for which personal data is collected.
- Principle of purpose limitation: personal data will be collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes.
- Principle of data minimisation: only the personal data strictly necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed will be collected.

- Principle of storage limitation: personal data will only be kept in a form that permits identification of the User for as long as necessary for the purposes of its processing.
- Principle of integrity and confidentiality: personal data will be processed in a manner that ensures its security and confidentiality.
- Principle of proactive responsibility: the Data Controller will be responsible for ensuring that the foregoing principles are observed.
Categories of personal data
The categories of data processed by a3 Logistic are identification data only. Under no circumstances are special categories of personal data processed within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR.
Legal basis for the processing of personal data
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent. a3 Logistic undertakes to obtain the express and verifiable consent of the User for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The User shall have the right to withdraw their consent at any time.
Purposes for which personal data is processed
Personal data is collected and managed by a3 Logistic for the purpose of facilitating, expediting and fulfilling the commitments established between the Website and the User, or to handle a request or enquiry.
Data may also be used for commercial personalisation, operational and statistical purposes, and activities inherent to the corporate object of a3 Logistic.
Personal data retention periods
Personal data will only be retained for the minimum time necessary for the purposes of its processing and, in any event, only for the following period: 24 months, or until the User requests its deletion.
Recipients of personal data
The User's personal data will not be shared with third parties.
Personal data of minors
In accordance with Articles 8 of the GDPR and 7 of Organic Law 3/2018, only persons aged 14 or over may give their consent to the processing of their personal data by a3 Logistic. If the person is under 14 years of age, the consent of parents or guardians will be required for processing.
Confidentiality and security of personal data
a3 Logistic undertakes to adopt the necessary technical and organisational measures, in accordance with the level of security appropriate to the risk of the data collected, so as to ensure the security of personal data and prevent accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration of personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed, or unauthorised communication or access to such data.
The Website has an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, which ensures that personal data is transmitted securely and confidentially.
Rights arising from the processing of personal data
The User has the following rights recognised under the GDPR and LOPD-GDD with respect to a3 Logistic, and may therefore exercise them against the Data Controller:
- Right of access: to obtain confirmation of whether or not a3 Logistic is processing their personal data and, if so, to obtain information about the specific data being processed.
- Right of rectification: to have their personal data modified if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Right of erasure ('the right to be forgotten'): to obtain the deletion of their personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
- Right to restriction of processing: to restrict the processing of their personal data.
- Right to data portability: to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
- Right to object: to prevent the processing of their personal data or to have such processing ceased.

The Website may include hyperlinks or links that allow access to web pages belonging to third parties other than a3 Logistic, which are therefore not operated by a3 Logistic. The owners of such websites will have their own data protection policies.
Complaints to the supervisory authority
If the User considers that there is a problem or breach of current regulations regarding the way their personal data is being processed, they shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
II. ACCEPTANCE AND CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
It is necessary for the User to have read and agreed to the conditions on the protection of personal data contained in this Privacy Policy. Use of the Website will imply acceptance of the Privacy Policy.
a3 Logistic reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy at its own discretion, or as motivated by a legislative, jurisprudential or doctrinal change from the Spanish Data Protection Agency. This Privacy Policy was updated to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
